Why does it exist?

Because many young women don't just need to choose a career;
they need to discover who they are, strengthen their interior and find a direction with purpose.
THE CHALLENGE

Many teenagers and young women face important decisions about their future without sufficient personal clarity, emotional confidence or sense of purpose.

Lack of clarity

They don’t have the tools to know themselves and understand their strengths and talents.

Doubts, fears and social pressure that generate uncertainty about their decisions.

ToBeAPoliceWoman.us was born to offer an educational path that helps them look inside first: recognize their value, discover their talents, strengthen their character and begin to build a clearer direction of life.
