MY STORY, MY PURPOSE
When I was a teenager, I had energy, a desire to learn, and big dreams for the future-but also many questions: What are my talents? Where do I belong? How can I truly make a difference?

For more than 20 years, I have dedicated my life to training, mentoring, and inspiring men and women to lead themselves and transform their lives.
ToBeAPoliceWoman.us was born from this experience and a deep concern for young women who, like I once did, deserve to discover their value and build a future with purpose.
MY APPROACH

I believe a young woman cannot lead her future if she first doesn't lear to understand herself, recognize her talents, manage her emotions, and make decisions from a clear identity.
That's why ToBeAPoliceWoman.us supports young women in a holistic way: mind, emotions, body, character, vocation, and the ability to serve.

As founder and strategic leader, I guide the vision, educational identity. and conceptual development of ToBeAPoliceWoman.us
The project is currently in development and. in its future implementation, will include the participation of professionals, coordinators, socialized collaborators, and institutional partners
MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER
Every young woman has unique talents, sensitivity. intelligence, and inner strength that can change her life and the lives of others.
My greatest hope is that no young woman feels she ha: empty hands. With the right support, she can discover her value, choose her path with confidence, and become a leader who serves her community and her country.
I am here to walk with them, inspire them, and remind them who they are and all they are capable of becoming.
