Participants will learn the Neurogrowth Method, a coaching methodology based on neuroscience.

This method involves generating a change from a goal and understanding how neural processes facilitate the achievement of the goal and a change or transformation of habits, beliefs and even memories.

The main objective of this program is to establish a professional life plan. At this point, the participant knows her natural talents, understands her emotions and has identified the need to have a life path.

Part of the training process includes the analysis of the options, at which time they decide to enter the Police Skills School after being sensitized by testimonies, stories and experiences shared by women police officers in all training schools.

It is important to mention that humanism includes the law of reciprocity, which consists in that if you have received help, guidance, advice or have benefited in any way, the human being naturally has the desire to pay with service, dedication and loyalty.

At least 50% of participants are expected to join the Police Skills School.

At the end of the program, they will receive a certificate of participation from tobeapolicewoman.us which is equivalent to 10 educational credits.
