All participants, when registering, take a Emotional Intelligence Diagnostic Test.

This test will be repeated at the end of the program to assess your progress. The objective of the School of Emotional Intelligence and Neuroscience is for participants to know how emotions occur at the brain level and why they are so powerful.

In addition, they will develop the ability to identify emotions in themselves and in others, as well as the ability to take advantage of their emotions to favor learning processes, interpersonal relationships and achievement of goals.

By recognizing and labeling emotions, through this school they will incorporate tools that allow them to regulate their emotions and, therefore, improve their relationship with themselves and with other people.

At the end of the program, they will receive a certificate of participation from tobeapolicewoman.us which is equivalent to 10 educational credits.
