School of Leadership and Neuroscience

The objective of the School of Leadership and Neuroscience is that young women recognize themselves as potential leaders of their lives and community, based on their natural talents discovered in the School of Self-Knowledge, and incorporate the recognition and development of the following skills:
- Influence
- Prioritization
- Character
- Problem solving
- Service
- Self-discipline and
- Personal growth.
These skills are framed in a life leadership and not in a leadership of work teams; however, they lay the foundations for social leadership.
This program also includes the learning of chemical processes at the brain level such as stress, focus, working memory and executive skills, all of which are the result of neurochemical processes that impact a leadership process.
At the end of the program, participants receive a certificate of participation from tobeapolicewoman.us which is equivalent to 10 educational credits.
