The School of Police Skills and Neuroscience aims to generate a direct approach to the Women’s Police Force of the United States, while facilitating in the participants the development of emotional, cognitive and technical skills that bring them closer to the effective police service.

Skills include effective negotiation, work under pressure, knowledge and law enforcement, first aid, self-defense, and reporting.

Likewise, participants will recognize some principles of neuroscience applied in the police service, such as the effect of paralysis, flight and attack, focus or concentration, automatic motor skills, phobias and anxiety.

It also includes guided tours of local police schools and the provision of necessary tutoring so that they can apply to police schools.

At the end of the program, they receive a certificate of participation from tobeapolicewoman.us which is equivalent to 10 educational credits.
