Structure of the Program
Participants start at the School of Self-Knowledge with a personality test to customize the program. Their goal is to identify their talents and how their personality traits open up possibilities for development. By increasing self-esteem, they conclude with greater self-esteem and receive a certificate equivalent to 10 educational credits.

Participate in the Self-Knowledge School, take the personality test to access the program, identify your talents and receive your certificate.

SCHOOL OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND NEUROSCIENCE
Thanks to the Emotional Intelligence Test when you register and at the end of the program you will be able to assess your progress.
STEP 3
SCHOOL OF LEADERSHIP AND NEUROSCIENCE
In the School of Leadership and Neuroscience you will develop personal leadership skills based on your natural talents, incorporating influence, prioritization and problem solving.
STEP 2
LIFE AND NEUROSCIENCE COACHING SCHOOL
In this program you will learn the Neurogrowth method, based on Neuroscience, to facilitate changes and establish a professional life plan.
STEP 5
SCHOOL OF POLICE SKILLS AND NEUROSCIENCE
The school prepares participants to join the Police Force, developing the necessary emotional, cognitive and technical skills.
THROUGHOUT THE PROGRAM
PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE SCHOOL
Participants will be able to join the Physical Performance School after being certified at the Self-Knowledge School. The program includes a Physical Training App and is aligned with neuroscience.
